This is a form for the less picky. If you are overwhelmed by technical specs and just want world class guitar that plays well — give us the basics and let Mario do what he does best!

Fill out the form below with the desired specifications of the custom Mario Guitars model you would like to have built. A submitted custom build form is merely a request for an estimate and requires NO OBLIGATION of purchase.

  • Which base model do you want to build from?

  • Please choose a color and any applicable qualifier, i.e. solid, translucent, burst, metallic, candy or flake. We shoot over 120 colors of finish, so no color is off limits!

  • Do you want your finish relic'd or aged? If so, to what degree?


  • Do you want a maple or rosewood fretboard?


  • Please include any further information that may be useful in providing an estimate. Be sure to include any specialty specs or hardware that you do not see listed above.

  • If you are trying to mimic something in particular or want to submit a color of finish for reference, please attach a picture of that product or finish here.
